Job summary

Zimmer Biomet in Australia seeks a Digital & Technology Solutions Specialist to support surgeons in theatre with instrument and robotic-assisted procedures, promoting Zimmer Biomet products including mymobility. This role sits in Hervey Bay and Bundaberg, with travel across the state.

You will collaborate with medical staff to ensure proper use of the ROSA surgical robot and the full Zimmer Biomet portfolio, maintain and troubleshoot medical technology, and provide training to hospital staff on

Qualifications

Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nursing, Paramedicine or Sports/Exercise Science.
Minimum 4 years of industry experience.
Strong interest in health technologies and patient care.
Curiosity and drive to advance medical tech.
Proficiency with advanced medical technology and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

Assist instrument and robotic-assisted procedures, ensuring proper use of Zimmer Biomet products.
Manage surgical equipment requirements and promote ROSA and mymobility utilization.
Use mymobility to enhance patient-surgeon communication and care decisions.
Stay updated on new techniques and provide in-service training on Zimmer Biomet tech.
Train hospital staff on ROSA and the full Zimmer Biomet portfolio.
