Job summary

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in surgical nursing and post-operative care.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
• Ability to lead, supervise and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care to surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and escalate changes as needed.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals.
