Job summary

Queensland Health's Redcliffe Hospital is seeking a compassionate Enrolled Nurse to join Ward 5 West Surgical. You will work with Registered Nurses and a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care in a busy, supportive environment.

Key duties include assisting in clinical care, participating in learning activities, and contributing to safety and quality improvements while upholding cultural safety and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
• Ability to work effectively in a surgical ward with multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Support a compassionate, patient-centred care approach on Ward 5 West Surgical.
• Assist in clinical care and monitoring of patients in General Surgical, Urology, Colorectal and Gynaecology services.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the healthcare team to promote safety and quality outcomes.
• Engage in learning activities, performance development planning, and system improvements.
