About the role

Newly created full time permanent position based in Milton, QLD, North Ryde, NSW or Glenside, SA. Reporting directly to the Fundraising Manager Retention and Growth, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering personalised, multi-channel stewardship activities to deepen relationships with mid-value donors.
  • Contributing to the development and execution of donor engagement plans that drive retention and revenue growth.
  • Collaborating across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality donor experiences aligned with supporter-first principles.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for mid-value, regular giving, and high-value fundraising supporters.
  • Creating compelling toolkits, marketing materials, and impact stories to inspire and uplift lifetime giving.
  • Reviewing and analysing supporter data to identify upgrade opportunities and tailor donor journeys.
  • Utilising data insights, surveys, and propensity modelling to enhance donor engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Supporting donor experience research and monitoring engagement trends to inform and optimise retention strategies.

Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for meal and entertainment benefits.

Leave allowances:In addition to your annual leave allowance, you will receive one day paid birthday leave, paid days off during our end of year closure period (if these days fall within your regular working schedule), up to six weeks parental leave and 17.5% annual leave loading.

About you

To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:

  • Tertiary degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • 3 years+ of fundraising experience in a similar leadership role within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Experience with donor relations and corporate and community partnerships.
  • Demonstrates inclusive behaviour; listens, values and acknowledges others.
  • Collaborates with others to remove barriers and break down silos.
  • Thinks, analyses information to understand issues, using logic and a variety of problem-solving methods.
  • Continually develops and applies specialist and technical skills.
