We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our leading NDIS Services team to provide values-based community support to NDIS customers in accommodation settings both short and long term in the community.
Our program is designed to stand beside people in need, supporting them to grow stronger and develop resilience in order to live their best lives. We provide tailored individualised support and services to assist customers with their emotional, social and physical needs to improve various elements of their lives.
We are seeking Support Workers with a minimum of 3 days per week availability and a full Australian drivers license.
