The CareSide in VIC is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist clients with daily activities at home in a casual, 8-hour weekly schedule (4 hours on Monday, 4 hours on Friday).

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will assist clients with daily activities, helping them live safely and independently at home.

This role requires 8 hours per week:

• 4 hours on Monday
• 4 hours on Friday

We offer travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
• Offer social support and respite care
• Transport clients to appointments
• Maintain accurate care records

Your Background

The ideal candidate is fluent in German and compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care. You should possess:

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance Certificate
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance
• Smartphone
• Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring
