Permanent Full-Time and Part-Time positions Available.

Morning and Afternoon shifts | 7am - 4/5pm | Monday to Fridays.

About the role:

Working in our Community Team, our Support Workers are responsible for providing quality home care services by assisting our clients with personal care and daily living activities in their homes. These activities may include social support, cleaning, food preparation, laundry and domestic duties, shopping, and transport services to and from appointments.

Our home care team services clients mainly in and around the surrounding Busselton and Dunsborough areas, so if you are successful, you need to be comfortable travelling around this region.

Roster:

Flexibility is an advantage, and we are open to offering a roster that aligns with your weekly availability. Service shifts are predominantly available on weekdays, both morning and afternoon. 7 am - 4 pm availability would be preferred, due to the needs of our current clients.

Skills Required:

  • Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Aged Care) required.
  • Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
  • Reliable vehicle with current WA Vehicle Registration and Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance before employment.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality care.
  • Availability to work flexible hours Monday to Friday, including morning coverage from 7am.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
