Job summary

Willuna Support Services seeks compassionate Support Workers in the Northern Rivers NSW for Evans Head, Ballina, Lismore and surrounding areas. Casual shifts approx. 15–40 hours/week with flexible hours to fit your lifestyle. Join a team focused on empowerment, independence, and respectful care.

Ideal candidates have a genuine desire to support others, current NDIS checks, and First Aid/CPR. Driver’s licence and a registered vehicle are desired. Apply by email with your resume.

Qualifications

• A genuine desire to support others.
• NDIS Worker Screening check required.
• NSW Driver's Licence and registered vehicle.
• First Aid & CPR certification required.
• NDIS Worker Orientation and Induction Certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients in daily activities and personal care.
• Assist clients to access community resources and maintain independence.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety and dignity of clients.
