Job summary

Araluen Centre seeks enthusiastic Casual Café Support Workers to join Chancez Café, delivering person-centred support in a vibrant hospitality setting in Melbourne. You will help participants develop cafe skills, engage with the local community, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Applicants should have hospitality experience and current Food Safety training; qualifications in disability support are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, café, food service, disability, or community support environments.
• Current Food and Safety training.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services, or a related field.
• Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (highly desirable).
• Willingness to work across two Chancez Café located in Northern suburbs.

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated CasualCafé Support Workers who share our commitment to person-centred support and community inclusion.

The remuneration for this position will be aligned with SCHADS Award Level 2.
