The Role

We are currently recruiting a Mentor Support Worker in Brisbane to provide consistent, ongoing support to a client we have supported for a significant period of time who is transitioning to Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for regular, ongoing shifts with an established client and the support of an experienced team.

For us, the person doing the job matters just as much as their experience.

We like people who are easy to be around, can have a normal conversation, read the room and understand that everyone is different. You need to be patient, flexible and comfortable with the fact that some days won’t go exactly to plan.

We’re not looking for someone to come in and take over. We want someone who can build a good relationship, bring some personality to the role and know when to encourage, when to help and when to give someone space.

More than anything, we want good people who genuinely care about doing the job well. A strong understanding of client boundaries is essential. This role also requires a sociable and friendly nature, exceptional communication skills, reliability and resilience.

Required Availability – Please Read Carefully

We are specifically recruiting for the following support hours, commencing Monday 16th November 2026.

Monday to Thursday

These are ongoing, regular support hours, and we are looking for reliable staff who can commit to consistent shifts.

Please only apply if you are available for these specific days and time frames. We are open to applicants who can cover all shifts or a consistent combination of the advertised shifts, provided they can commit to the same days and times each week.

We strongly encourage applicants with suitable availability to apply, particularly those looking for consistent, ongoing work.
