Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is recruiting a Rehabilitation Support Services Officer to join the REPAT team at Daw Park in Adelaide. You will support clinicians and patients with daily care needs, maintain clean, hygienic campus spaces and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality rehabilitation services.

A Cert 3 in aged care or disability is required. Working a 7-day rotating roster with an afternoon shift 2:20pm–11:00pm, you will contribute to a safe and caring

• Work well with a multidisciplinary team and diverse people
• Build rapport with patients, families and visitors
• Prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with limited direction
• Bring experience in rehabilitation or support services

• Full-time temporary up to 28/2/27
