Job summary

Bega Group, Chelsea site in Melbourne, is seeking a collaborative Supply Planner to join the team and work with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain to create effective production plans and balance inventory.

You'll develop short and mid-term production schedules, monitor stock levels, and drive continuous improvement while delivering for customers in a fast-paced environment at Australia’s Great Australian Food Company.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or a similar supply chain role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Understanding of inventory management, demand planning, and operational processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships.

The Role

At Bega Group, we're looking for a collaborative and solutions-focused Supply Planner to join our Chelsea site. You'll work closely with Operations, Procurement and Supply Chain teams to create effective production plans, balance inventory, and ensure we deliver for our customers.

Our Chelsea Heights site is in Melbourne’s south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year!
