Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Supply and Demand Planner to join our ANZ team in North Sydney. The role will support end-to-end Demand and Supply Planning for assigned portfolios, developing robust plans and coordinating with key stakeholders across the business.

You will identify risks and opportunities, drive agreed actions, and independently manage routine planning activities while escalating material risks as needed. This role offers a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, or inventory management.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance or similar.
• Exposure to healthcare/pharma or regulated environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly demand-forecasting with business stakeholders using data and insights.
• Facilitate Demand Review and Supply Review meetings with stakeholders.
• Maintain demand assumptions, risks, opportunities and actions.
• Analyze forecast performance to identify root causes and improvements.
• Manage inventory requirements across portfolios considering lead times and shelf life.
• Balance product availability with customer service and working capital targets.
• Coordinate invoice validation with 3PLs and service providers.
• Prepare planning materials for Demand/Supply/ S&OP meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, data quality, and reporting.
