Saputo Dairy Australia is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler for the Laverton ILC to plan and coordinate schedules for domestic and export movements. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time, safe operations.

You will monitor inbound/outbound time slots, manage workloads, and report KPIs for packing capacity while fostering strong supplier and colleague relationships. Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics, or scheduling.
• Comfortable using SAP, Excel and other IT systems is desirable.
• Great communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities.
• Commitment to health and safety.

Responsabilités

• Plan and manage schedules for containers and shift tasks, balancing workload with available capacity.
• Monitor and adjust time slots for inbound and outbound movements to keep operations efficient.
• Track and report on KPIs for warehouse packing capacity.
• Build relationships with colleagues, 3PL providers, transport partners, and shipping lines.
• Check and validate costs to control expenses.
• Promote safe work practices and foster an inclusive culture.
