A wholly owned subsidiary of Kirin Holdings, Blackmores Group is a leading natural health company with proud Australian heritage. Operating across 11 markets throughout Asia-Pacific and Greater China, we develop high-quality, evidence-based health solutions that help people live healthier lives.

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a major operational transformation, helping shape how we manufacture, pack and move our products to support future growth. As part of our Supply Chain Optimisation Program, you'll lead the establishment of a new third-party logistics (3PL) raw materials and semi-finished goods warehouse in Victoria, prepare manufacturing and packing operations for a just-in-time material supply model, and play a key role in the staged transition of packing lines from NSW to Victoria in 2028.

Working across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, IT and other business functions, you'll turn strategic objectives into practical delivery plans, bring cross-functional teams together and drive implementation from design through to go-live and stabilisation, while protecting business continuity, quality and safety.

Suitable candidates will have experience delivering business transformation across supply chain or operational environments, engaging cross-functional teams and driving change.

This is a fixed-term, full-time opportunity based in either Surry Hills, NSW; Warriewood, NSW, or Braeside, VIC, for approx. 24 months.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, governance, risks and operational readiness.
  • Develop and manage an integrated delivery plan covering warehouse establishment, process design, systems, testing, training, cutover and go-live.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across Manufacturing, Packing, Supply Planning, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, IT and Change.
  • Lead current-state assessments, future-state process design and gap analysis to ensure the new operating model is safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
  • Drive risk, issue, action and dependency management, facilitating timely decisions and escalating delivery challenges where required.
  • Lead operational readiness, transition and stabilisation activities, ensuring manufacturing and packing operations can adopt the new just-in-time material supply model while maintaining continuity of supply.
What You'll Bring
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex transformation or operational projects from planning through to implementation and stabilisation.
  • Strong project management skills across integrated planning, governance, budget control, risk management, reporting and delivery assurance.
  • Practical experience in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong process design and business analysis capabilities, including requirements definition, process mapping, gap analysis and operational readiness.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts, influence stakeholders and drive accountability without relying on direct reporting lines.
  • Experience coordinating systems, data, testing, training, cutover and change activities within an operational implementation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and communication skills, with confidence working across site-based teams and senior leadership.
  • Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.

If you're excited by the opportunity to lead a significant supply chain transformation and help shape the future of our manufacturing and logistics operations, we'd love to hear from you.
