Boeing Defence Australia invites applicants to join its Supply Chain Management Graduate Program in Brisbane. This 24-month program offers a permanent full-time role with a strong foundation for a career in aerospace procurement and subcontract management.

You will work in the Subcontracts team under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in source selection, contract drafting, performance monitoring and payments. Australian citizenship and Defence clearance eligibility are required.

Formación

• Tertiary degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing or Project Management or anticipated graduation before July 2027.
• Australian citizenship with eligibility to obtain Defence Security clearance.

The Opportunity:

Do you want to join the Boeing Defence Australia Graduate Program as a Supply Chain Management Graduate?

Boeing Defence Australia is shaping the future of aerospace and delivering some of the nation's most important programs for the Australian Defence Force. Our program offers graduates a permanent full-time position, providing a solid career foundation from day one.

As a Supply Chain Management Graduate you will reside in the Supply Chain Management Capability with a foremost role in the subcontracts team under the supervision of a Manager / team lead and other personnel supporting activities such as:

• Integrating program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies. This includes the preparation, negotiation, and execution of commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal Boeing processes and policies
• Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones and maintain accurate records of subcontracts, correspondence, and reports
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Communicate effectively with industry and subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and senior team members, fostering positive relationships and collaboration through clear communication and transparency

Education:

Tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Communications, Economics, Finance, Journalism, Law, Marketing or Project Management (or anticipated graduation before July 2027).

Eligibility:

Due to the nature of the work you may participate in, you will need to be an Australian citizen with eligibility to obtain a Defence Security clearance.
