Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions Laverton North, Melbourne, is seeking a logistics coordinator to support day-to-day stock coordination, compliance and distribution activities across a busy supply chain. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain inventory accuracy and meet customer requirements.

The role requires proven experience in logistics coordination, attention to detail, strong organisational skills, knowledge of transport and warehouse operations, and preferably SAP.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations.
• SAP Experience is highly advantageous; understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues while ensuring quality control.
• Ensure inventory management principles are followed.
• Oversee ad-hoc requests and rework as needed.
• Assist with Dangerous Goods compliance for storage and transport.
• Manage customer questions and queries.
• Generate and analyze weekly stock reports and counts.
• Manage incoming/outgoing stock, returns and deliveries.
• Support Supply Chain strategy and seek best-practice opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Based from our Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Laverton North, this role will support the smooth day-to-day coordination of stock, providers and distribution activity. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to help keep inventory, compliance and customer requirements on track across a busy supply chain environment.

• Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
• Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
• Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
• Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
• Managing customer questions and queries
• Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
• Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise
