Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a logistics coordinator at our Laverton North operations to oversee stock coordination, distribution activity and supplier interactions. You will work with internal teams and external partners to maintain inventory accuracy, compliance and timely distribution in a busy supply chain environment.

Key duties include batch control, issue resolution, stock counts and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to our supply chain strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, distribution centre administration, or related roles.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of transport and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of Dangerous Goods classifications advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Work with providers and distribution centres to ensure batch control is being followed
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to investigate / resolve issues whilst ensuring quality control
• Ensure agreed inventory management principles are followed
• Oversee ad-hoc requirements and rework as necessary
• Assist with compliance of dangerous goods for storage and transport
• Managing customer questions and queries
• Generate and analyse regular weekly reporting and regular stocktake counts
• Manage incoming and outgoing stock, returns and deliveries as needed
• Support the Supply Chain strategy and look for opportunities to strive for best practise

What You’ll Do:

Based from our Manufacturing and Distribution Centre in Laverton North, this role will support the smooth day-to-day coordination of stock, providers and distribution activity.
