Job summary

Beyond Bank is seeking a Supplier Manager - Technology to lead governance, performance and strategic direction of our technology supplier portfolio. You will maximise value, manage risk and support the delivery of key technology initiatives across the organisation.

Working with senior leaders, you will build strong supplier relationships, drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice supplier management to deliver stronger commercial outcomes and enhanced operational resilience for

• Commercially minded supplier management professional

The role

This is a unique opportunity to influence how Beyond Bank partners with some of its most critical technology suppliers. As Supplier Manager - Technology, you will lead the governance, performance and strategic direction of our technology supplier portfolio, helping to maximise value, manage risk and support the delivery of key technology initiatives.

Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll build strong supplier relationships, drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice supplier management. Your work will directly contribute to stronger commercial outcomes, greater operational resilience and the delivery of technology solutions that support our customers, people and communities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the strategic management and performance of Beyond Bank's technology supplier portfolio, ensuring suppliers deliver value, innovation and strong business outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders across Technology and the broader business to maximise commercial outcomes, manage contractual obligations and strengthen supplier relationships.
• Drive best-practice supplier governance, providing visibility of supplier performance, risk, compliance and key commercial opportunities.
• Strengthen third-party risk management and operational resilience, ensuring supplier oversight aligns with regulatory and business requirements.
• Identify and implement improvements that enhance supplier performance, optimise processes and mature Beyond Bank's supplier management capability.

Qualifications

About you

You are a commercially minded and relationship-focused supplier management professional who thrives in complex technology environments. With experience managing suppliers, contracts and stakeholder relationships, you know how to balance commercial outcomes, governance and risk while building strong partnerships that deliver value. Highly organised and influential, you bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement and driving outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.

You have a strong understanding of supplier governance, third-party risk management and operational resilience, with knowledge of APRA CPS 230 and CPS 234 requirements, or the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas. You understand the importance of effective supplier oversight, monitoring and governance in supporting regulatory compliance and business resilience.

A confident communicator, you build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation and work collaboratively to improve processes, strengthen controls and support business objectives. You will also bring experience maintaining supplier, contract and obligation records, with exposure to supplier management platforms such as ServiceNow highly regarded. Experience working within a regulated environment will be well regarded.
