Job summary

MinRes is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join the Wodgina Lithium operation on an 8D6X 7N7X roster flying from Perth.

Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe, efficient production and relentlessly pursue process improvements to hit targets.

The role demands strong fixed‑plant mineral processing experience (spodumene flotation desirable), proven leadership, and a current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed-plant mineral processing; spodumene flotation desirable.
• Proven leadership within a processing plant environment.
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong safety focus and zero-harm culture.
• Training and assessing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead processing technicians to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Oversee operation of processing equipment and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Manage responses to breakdowns and conduct root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Foster a safety-first culture and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Opportunity

MinRes is seeking an experienced Processing Supervisor to join our Wodgina Lithium Operation on an 8D6X 7N7X roster flying from Perth

Reporting directly to the Processing Superintendent, you will lead a dedicated team, ensure safe and efficient production while continuously improve processing activities to achieve production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading a team of processing technicians and operators to achieve key production and quality objectives.
• Overseeing the operation of processing equipment, ensuring optimal conditions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinating both planned and unplanned maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure high levels of equipment reliability.
• Managing the response to breakdowns and conducting failure analysis to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Fostering a work environment that promotes safety and compliance with all required regulations.

What is Required

• Strong fixed-plant mineral processing experience with Spodumene Flotation experience highly desirable
• Demonstrated experience providing leadership within a processing plant environment
• Current Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor.
• Ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
• Strong focus on safety and fostering a zero-harm culture
• Training and assessing experience highly desirable
