Job summary

UGL New Energy & Industrial team is recruiting for a Mechanical Supervisor for the Sybella Wind Farm near Mount ISA. You will supervise mechanical installation on site, coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality, and maintain safety and schedule compliance across a fast-paced project environment.

Based in the Mount Isa area, you will lead a team to deliver critical wind-energy infrastructure, with pre-starts, progress tracking, and close collaboration with project leadership to resolve

Qualifications

• Trade or technical qualification in mechanical discipline.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role on construction projects.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid communication skills and commitment to safety.
