Job summary

Downer Group is seeking a Senior Site Supervisor - Mechanical to lead critical mechanical construction works for Logan Water project in Southeast Queensland. The role requires directing site supervisors, coordinating subcontractors, and solving delivery challenges to complete projects safely, efficiently and to high standards.

• Ability to solve problems, build teams and drive performance.

We're looking for a Senior Site Supervisor - Mechanical to join the Logan Water team and take ownership of critical mechanical construction works across one of Southeast Queensland's largest water infrastructure programs.

This role is about more than managing day-to-day site activities. You'll be leading supervisors, coordinating subcontractors, solving delivery challenges and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a standard you're proud of.
