Boddington is a flagship Newmont gold and copper operation in Western Australia, located about 130 kilometres south-east of Perth and 16 kilometres from the rural town of Boddington. As a Supervisor, Projects, you'll lead the studies and engineering function within the Sustaining Capital Projects team at Boddington. Working closely with Operations, Technical Services and Asset Management stakeholders, you'll lead a team of Project Engineers and ensure projects progress safely and effectively from concept and feasibility through to construction readiness and operational handover.
This permanent position is offered on a 5:2, 4:3 drive-in, drive-out roster from Perth. Village accommodation is provided while on site.
Reporting to the Superintendent Sustaining Capital Projects, you will lead a team of Project Engineers and work closely with Operations, Processing, Technical Services and Asset Management stakeholders to deliver a portfolio of sustaining capital projects across Newmont's Boddington operation.
This role provides the opportunity to influence project strategy, project readiness and engineering outcomes while supporting the development of a high-performing technical team.
