Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor in regional NSW to lead civil crews and subcontractors on our NSW project. You will keep daily work moving to program, plan and sequence works, and coordinate plant and materials to meet safety and quality standards.

Work closely with the project team and client, with mentoring and development support to advance from crew management to site delivery leadership. The role offers a pathway within a Tier 1 contractor and a culture of inclusion.

• Proven Supervisor experience across civil scopes.
• Understanding of site delivery, quality and safety systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

About the Opportunity

You will join one of our regional NSW projects and play a hands-on part in getting that work built. You will lead civil crews and subcontractors on site and keep daily work moving to program. Plan and sequence works, coordinate plant and materials, and make sure your team works safely and to quality standards. You will work closely with the project team and, where needed, the client. If you want to move from running a crew to shaping site delivery, this role gives you that step, with mentoring and development support behind you.
