Job summary

ACCIONA is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead civil crews on NSW regional projects. You will plan, sequence and coordinate works to keep daily tasks on program while mentoring crew members and coordinating with the project team and client where required.

About the Opportunity

You will join one of our regional NSW projects and play a hands-on part in getting that work built. You will lead civil crews and subcontractors on site and keep daily work moving to program. Plan and sequence works, coordinate plant and materials, and make sure your team works safely and to quality standards. You will work closely with the project team and, where needed, the client. If you want to move from running a crew to shaping site delivery, this role gives you that step, with mentoring and development support behind you.
