Qualifications

  • Experience in transport operations, logistics, or similar environments.
  • Proven ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • HR licence (essential), plus valid Driver Authority and Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee daily charter schedules to meet service KPIs.
  • Respond to last-minute operational changes and keep things running smoothly.
  • Build strong relationships with drivers, depots, and external partners.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance.
  • Support drivers with guidance, communication, and on-the-ground leadership.

About the role

You’ll take the lead in coordinating daily charter operations — ensuring every scheduled service is covered, every customer is looked after, and every challenge is met with confidence.

In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll work closely with drivers, subcontractors, and key internal teams to maintain safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
