VINCI is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our operations team in Perth, driving on a 5:2 roster and overseeing field construction across an allocated work area. You will ensure activities are completed safely, on time and within budget, coordinating with the Project Manager and engineering team.

Responsibilities include planning labour, plant and subcontractor needs, supervising crews and subcontractors, reading drawings and programs, and maintaining daily records while upholding WHS,

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience on Main Roads projects.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and project programs.
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence and own transport.

• Report progress, risks and opportunities to project leadership.

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our operations team. Based in Perth and working drive-in drive-out on a 5:2 roster, this role will oversee field construction across an allocated work area, ensuring activities are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required standard.

About The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent and engineering team, the Supervisor will plan, coordinate and oversee self-performed and subcontracted construction activities.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Supervise daily construction activities across allocated work areas
• Plan labour, plant, equipment and subcontractor requirements
• Manage crews, leading hands, plant operators and subcontractors
• Coordinate short-term programs and allocate resources effectively
• Monitor works against safety, environmental and quality requirements

• Supervise subcontract packages against agreed scope and standards

Skills And Experience Required

• Strong experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
• Previous experience working on Main Roads projects
• Solid road construction experience across relevant civil works
• Experience supervising employees, plant and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of WHS, environmental and quality requirements
• Ability to read drawings, specifications and project programs
• Certificate III, Certificate IV or relevant trade qualification
• Current C-Class Driver’s Licence and own transport
