Job summary

Job Q is seeking an Experienced Civil Supervisor to lead Bundaberg-based residential and commercial subdivision projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, operators and labour while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the works.

The role requires reading civil plans, practical knowledge of earthworks and drainage, and strong planning and communication skills. A Construction White Card and a valid licence are essential, with local Bundaberg work preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Civil Foreman or in a similar site leadership position.
• Strong experience delivering residential or commercial subdivision projects.
• Practical knowledge of earthworks, drainage, sewer, water and road construction.
• Experience supervising subcontractors and direct labour.
• The ability to read and interpret civil plans, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing earthworks, roadworks, storm-water drainage, sewer, water infrastructure, kerb and channel, and associated subdivision works.
• Coordinating subcontractors, operators, direct labour, plant, materials and deliveries.
• Planning daily and weekly construction activities.
• Monitoring progress against the programme and identifying potential delays.
• Maintaining site safety, inspections, testing and quality documentation.
