RSGx is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to lead site-based construction activities across WA and NT, reporting to the Construction Manager. You will oversee crews and subcontractors, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget and quality while maintaining a strong safety culture.

This role requires hands-on leadership, vigilant adherence to HSE standards, and effective coordination of resources to meet project milestones and client expectations.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand role within construction/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary work crews.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ensure all works comply with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and improve outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with permits, risk assessments, SWMS and legislative requirements.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Supervisor to join our WA/NT operations team. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient supervision of site-based construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered to schedule, budget and quality requirements.

This role will provide hands-on leadership across construction crews and subcontractors while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across multiple project sites.
• Coordinate labour, plant, equipment and subcontractor resources to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure all works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company and client HSE requirements.
• Conduct pre-start meetings, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project management.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise delays and improve project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with permits, risk assessments, SWMS and relevant legislative requirements.

Selection Criteria

Essential

• Demonstrated experience in a Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Leading Hand role within the construction, resources, infrastructure or industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site management practices.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary work crews.
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to work in dynamic project environments and manage competing priorities.

Desirable

• Trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Construction or a related discipline.
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Leadership or equivalent.
• Experience working on infrastructure, renewable energy, mining or industrial projects.
• Current Senior First Aid, Working at Heights and High Risk Work Licences.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client-facing project activities.
