Specsavers is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead store teams and partner with Retail Managers to drive day-to-day operations in our Newcastle-Maitland stores. You will coach staff, deliver personalised customer experiences, and uphold Specsavers’ high service standards.

With a retail background and natural leadership, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage performance, and contribute to growth across Optical and Audiology services.
