You will manage daily rail and civil construction operations on a 10:4 DIDO roster, supervising teams, coordinating subcontractors, and providing engineering support.

This position emphasizes planning, safety, quality, and timely delivery across transport and major infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant Track Safe Working certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Rail track, signalling and overhead wiring construction experience.
• Experience developing renewal methods and supervising track activities.
• Strong planning and programming of track works.
• Experience managing substantial site and off-site workforces.
• Medical fitness for rail maintenance duties under the Level 1 High Level Safety Critical Worker classification.
• A C-class driver licence and First Aid training are preferred.
