Job summary

East Coast Apprenticeships is seeking a motivated Business Development / Internal Sales professional to build Host Employer partnerships and drive apprenticeship opportunities on the Sunshine Coast.

Based in our Maroochydore office, you will prospect, convert warm leads and referrals, and manage an active sales pipeline to achieve business outcomes. This role is office-based with no hybrid or remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads and close opportunities.
• Comfort working in an office-based, target-driven role.
• Self-motivated with a disciplined, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop Host Employer relationships through warm leads, campaigns and referrals.
• Generate new opportunities via outbound prospecting and cold calls.
• Manage CRM records and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Onboard and retain Host Employers to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to meet business objectives.
