Job summary

Stillwell Hotel in NSW is seeking a Short Order Cook and All Rounder for Summer 2026/2027. This full-time seasonal role includes onsite accommodation and a paid casual rate during the summer season. You will prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, adapt menus to stock and supplier availability, and work across hotel operations.

The role requires prior kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety, and strong communication and teamwork to deliver guest satisfaction in a picturesque setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Short Order Cook in a commercial kitchen.
• Valid work visa and right to work in Australia from November 2026 to May 2027
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality and consistent taste.
