NAB invites expressions of interest for its Summer Intern Program, an 8‑week paid experience designed to support you early in your career. You’ll gain hands‑on experience in a business area of your choice, while building future skills through structured learning and development.

It’s your chance to see what it’s like to work at one of Australia’s largest financial institutions. Locations include Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, with networking, career coaching and a personalised action

Qualifications

• Eligibility: Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident.
• Be in your second-last year of undergraduate or postgraduate study.
• Be available for full-time employment during the intern placement period.

Alongside real work experience, you’ll take part in networking, career coaching and a personalised action plan to help you understand your strengths and career goals.

At the end of the program, you’ll get the opportunity to be considered for an early offer into the 2029 Graduate Program.
