A Sandwich Artist is responsible for providing friendly customer service and preparing food according to Subway's standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food orders accurately
• Prepare sandwiches, wraps, salads, and other menu items to customer specifications
• Prepare and replenish ingredients, vegetables, sauces, and other food items
• Operate the POS/cash register and process payments
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Clean and maintain food preparation areas, equipment, dining areas, and counters
• Check food quality, freshness, and stock levels
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and other supplies
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic concerns professionally
• Work efficiently as part of a team, particularly during busy periods
