Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Subsea Controls Systems Engineer for a 24-month Perth-based assignment to support offshore subsea control systems throughout design, procurement, testing and handover stages.

You will contribute to controls architecture, system integration, supplier coordination and risk management within a safety-critical energy project environment, ensuring reliability and compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Subsea controls experience in offshore oil and gas or safety-critical industries.
• Experience across design, procurement, manufacture, testing, installation, commissioning or operations support of controls systems.
• Experience managing suppliers, contractors and multidisciplinary technical interfaces.
• Experience supporting equipment design, assembly, testing, delivery and handover.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term technical engineering and delivery support across subsea control systems for offshore developments and operating assets.
• Focus on subsea production control systems, controls architecture, system integration and supplier coordination from design and procurement through testing, commissioning support and handover.
• Operate within a complex energy project environment prioritising reliability, standardisation, safety and interface management for successful delivery.
