Dangar Barin Smith, a leading Australian landscape practice, is seeking a highly organised Studio Manager to oversee administration, financial and operational functions of the business. The role focuses on keeping the office running smoothly and supporting a busy project pipeline.

As Studio Manager you will coordinate client and consultant communications, manage invoices and debtors, forecast resource needs, and support Directors and Associates with research and general admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a studio management or office management role.
• Strong Office 365 skills.
• Indesign experience an advantage (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage team resources each month and provide forecast to Directors.
• Provide ad hoc project management support.
• Brief internal and external resources to complete design works.
