Job summary

Workcom is seeking experienced Rehabilitation Consultants based in Townsville, Queensland, to conduct initial rehabilitation needs assessments and develop comprehensive plans for return to work and recovery. You will perform functional and ergonomic assessments and manage referrals while operating within a fully remote AU-wide framework.

NDIS experience or knowledge is desirable; AHPRA registration and Australian Driver’s License are required.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills, written and verbal.
• Experience in administrative support, customer service, or coordination preferred, not required.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and tech-comfortable.
• Able to learn and navigate digital tools, booking platforms, and internal workflows.

What Youll Do:

• Manage client communications, travel documentation, and booking records
• Coordinate schedules, appointments, and follow-ups related to travel arrangements
• Support administrative workflows and ensure all deadlines and details are met
• Maintain accurate client records and track important booking information
• Provide professional, responsive support to clients and team members throughout the travel process
• Assist with process improvements and updates to internal travel systems
