Job summary

• Experience supporting social, emotional, behavioural and wellbeing needs of primary students.
• Strong organisational and case management skills.
• Ability to coordinate internal and external supports and referrals.
• Understanding of inclusive education and child safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and small-group wellbeing support to students.
• Collaborate with families, staff and external agencies.
• Develop and review behavioural support plans and implement proactive strategies.
• Support mandatory reporting and child safety requirements.
• Coordinate SWPBS and targeted wellbeing programs.
• Lead community partnerships and wellbeing initiatives.
