Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support student attendance, engagement and mental health.
  • Assist students in difficult or challenging situations and provide referrals to specialist services when required.
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students about values and ethics.
  • Support development of wellbeing programs and contribute to a positive school climate.
  • Support environment of cooperation and respecting diversity.
  • Report to senior management with timely updates as required.
