Qualifications

• Experience as a Guidance Counsellor in an educational setting.
• Experience in academic and life career development activities.
• Experience in psycho-educational assessments.
• Ability to work collaboratively and in a team; not required to be Catholic.

Responsibilities

• In this position you will facilitate proactive and preventative practices for student wellbeing.
• Manage counselling and consulting services for students.
• Provide psycho-educational and other assessments.
• Ensure BCE protocols and quality processes are implemented.
• Maintain standards of practice.
• Apply guidance counselling skills through direct and indirect processes and systemic interventions.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentoring for clinical and technical supervision.
