Carinity Education Brisbane seeks a Youth Wellbeing Coordinator to place student wellbeing at the centre of practice, providing therapeutic support and leading case management for young people. You will develop support plans, monitor interventions and coordinate external referrals to keep learners safe and engaged throughout the school day.
The role requires weekdays availability 8:00AM–4:06PM (76 hours per fortnight) and leadership of a Youth Worker team within a not-for-profit Christian
Champion student wellbeing and participation throughtrauma-aware practice, case management and close partnership withteachers and youth workers.
This role places student wellbeing at the centre of all practice,providing therapeutic support and leadership in caseworkmanagement. You will work with the team to develop support plans,ensuring young people feel safe, supported and ready to learn. You will monitor interventions, coordinate external referrals and respond to crises, while guiding and developing the Youth Workerteam. In partnership with teachers, you will support regulation andbehaviour to strengthen engagement across the school day.
This position requires availability Monday to Friday between8:00AM and 4:06PM (76 hours per fortnight).

Experienced in trauma-informed practice, youare skilled at managing casework, supporting vulnerable youngpeople and guiding teams through challenging moments.
