Job summary

TAFE SA in Adelaide is seeking a part-time Student Wellbeing and Careers Officer to provide student support, counselling and career advisory services across multiple campuses. The role collaborates with teaching staff to support wellbeing, financial information, crisis management and disability support in line with strategic objectives.

The role requires WWCC approval, a 0.8 FTE arrangement, and ASO4 salary range of $82,212–$86,180 p.a. + super. Join a values-driven team delivering real impact.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in providing a career development service using career development tools.
• Experience meeting the needs of students at risk, students with disabilities and students from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proven experience in delivering counselling and mediation/conflict resolution services.

Responsibilities

• Provide student wellbeing, counselling and career advisory services across multiple campuses.
• Support teaching staff with student wellbeing needs and crisis response.
• Assist with disability support and overall student success initiatives.
