Job summary

The Department of Education invites applications for a Psychologist or Occupational Therapist to join the Student Support Services (SSS) team in the Loddon Campaspe Area, based in Gisborne or Castlemaine. This 0.8FTE ongoing position offers flexible work options and supportive mentoring within an embedded supervision framework.

Qualifications

Eligibility for AHPRA registration as psychologist or OT.
Current Australian Driver's Licence required.
Working with Children Check clearance.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Deliver services across four priorities: incidents, acute/complex issues, prevention, and short‑ to medium‑term interventions.
Conduct formal and informal assessments and interventions.
Collaborate with schools and local service providers for coordinated support.
Contribute to building school capability and student wellbeing within a multidisciplinary team.
