Qualifications

• Experience in faith formation or youth ministry with young people.
• Strong commitment to Catholic teachings and mission.
• Ability to engage schools, leaders and students effectively.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support student formation initiatives across Catholic schools.
• Build capacity of school leaders and teachers to support student faith formation.
• Facilitate student leadership opportunities grounded in listening, dialogue and discernment.
• Develop resources to support prayer, spirituality, justice, advocacy and ecological conversion.
• Support schools to design and implement whole-school approaches to student formation.
• Collaborate with schools and partners to deliver formation programs and events.
