Program Details

The Hatch Undergraduate Program provides the opportunity to work on real projects and gain practical industry skills. Our Professional Development Program focuses on building professional relationships with renowned experts and supporting career growth. The 12-week program commences on Monday, 17 Nov 2025; the annual office closure occurs from COB Friday, 19 December 2025 and reopens Monday, 5 January 2026. The Vacation Program will conclude from COB Friday, February 20th, 2026.

Location: Global Hatch offices with opportunities to contribute to the Control, Automation & Electrical Group across metals and minerals, infrastructure and energy business units. Our capability covers scoping, conceptual design, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, sustaining capital works and project management.
