The successful candidate will maintain student records, assist with course administration, and enhance processes to ensure a seamless student experience. As a Student Administration Services Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of student, teaching, and learning activities. Working as part of a collaborative university-wide team, you will help deliver an exceptional student experience through accurate data management, responsive customer service, and efficient day-to-day operations.
In this role, you will:
You are an organised and proactive administrator with excellent customer service and communication skills. As a motivated self-starter, you will successfully work independently and collaboratively to deliver operational services in a fast-paced, high volume matrix team environment. You will harness your sound initiative and organisational skills to effectively manage and prioritise your workload while consistently achieving quality outcomes. Your knowledge of contemporary administrative systems, software, and practices will give you the ability to interpret and apply a range of relevant policies and procedures within a complex organization.
Student Administration Services (SAS) drives a seamless student experience across Flinders. Embedded in all six colleges and linked with Flinders Connect and central admin teams, SAS supports students from admission to graduation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and engaging services throughout their journey.
