BIM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Structural Drafter/Modeller to work on commercial and mixed-use developments in Melbourne. The role focuses on BIM modelling in Revit, detailed structural drawings, and coordination with engineers and consultants.

You will contribute to coordination across project teams, ensuring compliance with Australian design standards and high-quality documentation for complex, medium- to high-density schemes.

Qualifications

• Proficient detailing and documentation using BIM tools.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers and consultants on commercial/mixed-use schemes.
• Strong communication and teamwork to deliver aligned structural outputs.
• Solid understanding of Australian building regulations and construction methods.
