Aspect Personnel is seeking a Structural Engineer for a full-time role in Melbourne. You will contribute to design and analysis for diverse building projects across apartment, education, health, hotel, and public realm sectors.

Reporting to an Associate Director, you will coordinate with disciplines, conduct site inspections, manage technical documents, and guide drafters. The role offers training and support toward Professional Engineers Registration, with salary up to $110,000.

Qualifications

• Requires a recognised bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience as a Structural Design Engineer on building projects in a consulting environment.
• Familiarity with steel and concrete framed structures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform engineering design and analysis in accordance with codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, electrical disciplines and attend project meetings.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phase.
• Organise and coordinate technical documents.
• Direct drafters as required.
