Job summary

Brisbane City Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead Strategy Development and Governance. You will develop, deliver and monitor city-shaping strategies and external plans, ensuring alignment with Council priorities and a centre of excellence approach.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise and city shaping strategies in large or complex organisations.
Ability to design governance frameworks and lifecycle-driven programs.
Commissioning and interpreting analyses for senior leaders on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop, deliver and monitor Council-wide and city-shaping strategies and external plans.
Lead a team delivering modelling, forecasting and analytics for long-term planning.
Oversee urban growth models, forecasting tools and information systems for land use and infrastructure.
Provide trusted advice to senior stakeholders and foster continuous improvement.
